Job summary

Servicemasterclean is seeking a cleaning technician in the Fredericton area. You will work in a fast-paced environment with transportation to job sites provided by you. Evening shifts start after 5pm on weekdays and Sundays around 12pm, with some days possibly not required depending on site.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, reliability, and flexibility with hours. Cleaning experience is an asset but not mandatory; ability to work independently and around people is important.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and transportation to/from job sites.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Experience in janitorial work is an asset, but not required.
• Be flexible with hours and willing to stay late or start early as needed.
• Able to work independently and around people.
• Able to obtain and provide police background check and security clearances as required.
• Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work at multiple locations throughout the city.
• Energetic with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Building cleaning.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Disinfecting high-touch points.
• Vacuuming.
• Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms.
• Dusting and general cleaning duties.
• Garbage removal.
• This role has physical demands such as bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, etc.
• Assist co-workers as needed.

Evening Janitorial

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton

Shifts

Shift times would be consistent once hired, generally Monday through Friday starting after 5pm and Sunday’s starting around 12pm.

Depending on the site selected for all days may not be required.

Example of hours would be:

• Sunday's - 12pm - 8:30pm


• Monday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Tuesday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Wednesday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Thursday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Friday's - 6:00pm - 11:00pm

The successful candidates are required to have the following:

• Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite.


• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.


• Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.


• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.


• Able to work independently & around people


• Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.


• Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.


• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.


• Be able to work various locations throughout the city


• Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames


• Have an eye for detail cleaning
