Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking an evening janitorial technician in the Fredericton area. You should have your own transportation to and from job sites and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are generally after 5pm Monday to Friday, with Sundays starting around 12pm, and some sites may not require all days. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, be reliable, and be willing to provide a police background check and security clearances as required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to/from the jobsite.
• Reliability is essential to being successful.
• Experience in janitorial work is an asset but not required.
• Be flexible with hours and able to stay late or come early if required.
• Able to work independently and around people.
• Able to provide a police background check and security clearances as required.
• Able to communicate in English, both verbally and written.
• Able to work at various locations throughout the city.
• Energetic with an eye for detail and able to perform duties within time frames.

Responsibilities

• Building Cleaning.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Disinfecting touch points.
• Vacuuming.
• Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms.
• Dusting and general cleaning duties.
• Garbage removal.
• This role has physical demands such as bending, lifting, kneeling, and reaching.
• Support co-workers as needed.

Evening Janitorial

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton

Shifts

Shift times would be consistent once hired, generally Monday through Friday starting after 5pm and Sunday’s starting around 12pm.

Depending on the site selected for all days may not be required.

Example of hours would be:

• Sunday's - 12pm - 8:30pm


• Monday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Tuesday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Wednesday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Thursday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Friday's - 6:00pm - 11:00pm

The successful candidates are required to have the following:

• Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite.


• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.


• Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
