Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fredericton is seeking a reliable evening cleaning technician to support operations in the Fredericton area. You will work in a fast-paced environment, with transportation to and from job sites guaranteed by you, and you must be able to communicate in English.

Shifts are generally Monday through Friday after 5pm and Sundays starting around 12pm, with some days possibly not required depending on the site.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to/from job sites.
• Reliability is key to success in this role.
• Be flexible with hours and willing to work late or early as required.
• Able to work independently and communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Building cleaning and upkeep within assigned sites.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Disinfecting touch points and washrooms.
• Garbage removal and general cleaning duties.
• Support teammates as needed and follow supervisor directions.

Evening Janitorial

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites all located in Fredericton

Shifts

Shift times would be consistent once hired, generally Monday through Friday starting after 5pm and Sunday’s starting around 12pm.

Depending on the site selected for all days may not be required.

Example of hours would be:

• Sunday's - 12pm - 8:30pm


• Monday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Tuesday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Wednesday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Thursday's - 7:00pm - 1:30am


• Friday's - 6:00pm - 11:00pm

The successful candidates are required to have the following:

• Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite.


• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.


• Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.


• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.


• Able to work independently & around people


• Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.


• Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.


• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.


• Be able to work various locations throughout the city


• Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames


• Have an eye for detail cleaning

Job Duties would include but not limited to.

• Building Cleaning.


• Sweeping/Mopping


• Disinfecting touch points


• Vacuuming


• Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms


• Dusting


• General cleaning duties


• Garbage removal


• This job has physical demands, such as bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, etc.
