Big Brothers Big Sisters of Calgary and Area is seeking an Evaluation Specialist to manage evaluation tools and data to demonstrate and improve the impact of mentoring programs. The role focuses on data collection, analysis, and reporting to support program delivery and stakeholder communications.
You will develop surveys, dashboards, and KPI reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the longitudinal study with University partners.
