Job summary

MedSleep is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Etobicoke, Ontario clinic. You will balance strong leadership with a genuine commitment to patient care and oversee reception, schedules, and sleep study bookings.

In this role you will manage staff, ensure PHIPA-compliant practices, collaborate with physicians, and drive continuous improvements in patient experience and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration or clinic management
• Proven leadership with experience managing a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication with physicians, staff, and patients

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including reception and sleep-study booking
• Interact with patients and physicians to ensure a high-quality experience
• Address escalated patient concerns with professionalism
• Recruit, onboard/offboard, train, and schedule clinic staff
• Coach and motivate the team to ensure quality and timeliness
• Manage EMR system and submit operational reports
• Support budgeting, inventory, and relationships with partners
