MedSleep’s Ottawa, Ontario clinic seeks an experienced Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional patient care. You will balance strong leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include overseeing reception, scheduling, sleep-study bookings, EMR management, staff recruitment and training, and process improvements to optimize flow and quality of care for every patient.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare administration or clinic management
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with physicians, staff, and patients

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations – reception, doctor's schedules, and sleep study booking
• Interact directly with patients and physicians to address questions and foster a positive experience
• Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and care
• Analyze patient feedback surveys to identify areas for improvement
• Recruit, onboard/offboard, train, schedule, and manage clinic staff, building a team culture where every person is valued
• Coach and motivate the team, providing feedback to ensure quality, timeliness, and a positive patient experience
• Ensure adequate admin staffing to support delivery of excellent patient care
• Step into the Administrator role as needed during staff absences
