Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
Type: In the Office
Our Saskatoon, SK branch is currently looking for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for Estimating, as well as Project Management of Renovations and small contract projects in the GTA.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tender opportunities.
• Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, developing proposals, and securing purchase orders/contracts.
• Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades.
• Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews.
• Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders.

Qualifications:

• Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering and/or a related field of study with experience in the Fire Protection industry.
• 3-5 years experience with design, installation, or sales and Project Management experience in Fire Protection.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
