Community Fire Prevention Ltd., a division of Onyx-Fire, is seeking a motivated Estimator for our Port Coquitlam team. You will gain practical knowledge of local Fire & Life Safety regulations, prepare quotations for deficiencies and repairs, and collaborate with business development and operations to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to present technical data in clear, simple terms.
• Strong attention to detail with effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Convert inspection reports into client-ready formats.
• Create quotations for deficiencies and repairs from reports and work scopes.
• Prepare quotation / proposal cover letters.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing as needed.
• Coordinate with Field Technicians to verify scope and accuracy.
• Follow department guidelines to meet company goals.
• Support internal departments and Collaborate with Account Managers and Operations.
• Communicate critical information about vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.
• Maintain clear communication to ensure efficient workflows.
• Adhere to company values, policies, and safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
