Job summary

CSN Herbers Leduc is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our repair team. You will use dealership and autobody knowledge to assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates, collaborating with technicians to ensure accurate repair scopes.

You will explain estimates to customers, upsell additional services when appropriate, and assist with insurance deductibles while handling cash transactions professionally and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in estimating within collision and repair industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle damage and repair requirements.
• Understanding of insurance company processes and guidelines.
• Proven upselling experience with customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

• Support sales efforts by effectively communicating repair estimates to customers and promoting additional services as needed.
