Qualifications

• 5-7 years of estimating experience in collision/repair industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to assess damage and repairs.
• Solid understanding of insurance processes and guidelines.
• Track record of upselling services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service and communication with clients.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and sales techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Utilize dealership and automotive repair knowledge to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
• Collaborate with autobody technicians to ensure accurate assessment of repair needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair estimates, upselling additional services when necessary, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Accurately completes estimates according to company SOPs for estimates and parts.
• Ensure customers understand their insurance and any required deductibles.
• Handle cash transactions related to estimates and repairs with professionalism and accuracy.
• Support sales efforts by communicating repair estimates and promoting additional services.
