You will provide exceptional customer service by explaining estimates, upselling services when appropriate, and addressing customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in an estimating role within the collision and repair industry is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle damage and repair requirements.
• A strong understanding of insurance companies’ processes and guidelines;
• Proven track record of upselling services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and sales techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Support sales efforts by effectively communicating repair estimates to customers and promoting additional services as needed
