Excellent customer service is essential as you explain estimates and address client inquiries. You will upsell services when appropriate and handle insurance-related discussions, ensuring customers understand deductibles and processes.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in estimating within the collision and repair industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to assess damage and repair needs.
• Solid understanding of insurance company processes and guidelines.
• Proven ability to upsell services while keeping customer satisfaction in focus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales techniques.
