Job summary

S I Systems is seeking a Senior Business Systems Manager to lead the ERP Applications function, overseeing ERP administration, security, upgrades, testing, and process improvements.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, and senior leaders to optimize ERP modules, workflows, reporting, and integrations, while guiding a small team and coordinating vendors.

This permanent, full-time role is 5 days onsite at Bolton or Brampton, ON, with strategic responsibility for evolving the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP/Enterprise Applications experience.
• Experience leading a Business Systems/ERP team.
• Hands-on ERP governance, security, and configuration.
• Experience coordinating upgrades, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small Business Systems team for ERP and related apps.
• Own ERP administration, controls, security roles, and testing.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Project Teams, and leadership to drive process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage ERP modules, workflows, reporting.
• Manage ERP vendor relationships and system enhancements.
• Improve documentation, user training, and adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement of the ERP environment.
