Enterprise Applications Manager
Job Specs
- Own the enterprise applications roadmap across ERP, HRIS and other business-critical systems
- Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and oversee external application support
- Define enterprise application architecture, integration, governance, and automation standards
- Oversee integrations across ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, operational systems, and third-party platforms
- Ensure enterprise systems meet security, SOX, ITGC/ITAC, access governance, and audit requirements
- Manage enterprise application vendors, licensing, service levels, and support partners
- Lead and develop a small Enterprise Systems team
- 12-15+ years in enterprise applications and ERP systems
- 5+ years leading enterprise systems teams and technology programs
- Strong ERP experience, ideally with Oracle NetSuite or Fusion
- Proven experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation
- Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, integrations, workflow automation, cloud, and SaaS platforms
- Understanding of cybersecurity, identity/access governance, and application security
- Experience in manufacturing, mining, O&G or other asset-intensive environments
Your skillset
- 12-15+ years in enterprise applications and ERP systems
- 5+ years leading enterprise systems teams and technology programs
- Strong ERP experience, ideally with Oracle NetSuite or Fusion
- Proven experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation

This is a hybrid (Toronto based) permanent opportunity with a salary band of $135,000 - $155,000.
