Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc. is seeking an ERP project planning and governance professional to lead the planning, governance, and implementation coordination for an ERP replacement project in Canada.

The role includes collaboration with Municipal Technology Services and cross-department stakeholders to ensure strategy, requirements, and procurement alignment. The position requires strong governance acumen, planning skills, and experience coordinating complex ERP deployments with vendors and

Responsibilities

• Review ERP environment, governance framework, and project documentation to establish planning foundations.
• Assess technology environment with Technology Services to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project management plan including schedule, risk log, issue log, and communications plan.
• Coordinate project communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities.
• Provide regular status reports, risk updates, and decision support to Administration and the project team.
• Lead implementation governance and ensure milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate data migration, system testing, and end-user training with the ERP vendor.
• Coordinate vendor demonstrations, reference checks, and governance-related activities.
• Provide required governance and project close-out activities, including documentation and handover.
