Driving Strategic Excellence

As the ERP Director- Merchandise you will be responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of a key functional area within the Dynamics 365 ERP system. You will ensure alignment with business objectives, drive process improvements, and support organizational change. Led by the Vice-President, ERP & Project Management Office this opportunity will suit someone who has strong leadership skills with the ability to influence.

  1. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for your respective function, aligning with business objectives and impacted stakeholders.
  2. Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption with the ability to communicate your message at all levels within the organization.
  3. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving, working closely with other functional leads and stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration across all ERP modules.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Analyze and interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes.
  6. Experience in managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  7. Take full responsibility for the work stream and ensuring its successful completion for all their functional areas (Project Plan, Data, Requirements, Fit/Gap, Change, Training, etc.).

We’re looking for:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Finance with 5-10 years of experience.
  2. Certifications in ERP systems, project management (PMP), or change management (PROSCI) would also be valuable.
  3. Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to the role, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve excellence.
  4. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Encourage a culture of curiosity and openness to new ideas, fostering a growth mindset within the team.
  6. Strong understanding of the business and existing processes.
  7. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to review and transform data when required.
  8. Highly regarded with significant influence among both leadership and colleagues.
  9. Proficiency in clear and persuasive communication, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and achieve desired outcomes.
  10. Understanding of relevant ERP systems and tools, including their capabilities and limitations.
  11. An understanding of internal and external customer needs and the ability to design processes that enhance customer satisfaction, always keeping the Dealer impact top of mind.
  12. Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities.
  13. The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
