Driving Strategic Excellence

As the ERP Director - Merchandise, you will lead the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of a key functional area within the Dynamics 365 ERP system. Your role will ensure alignment with business objectives, drive process improvements, and support organizational change. Reporting to the Vice-President, ERP & Project Management Office, this position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to influence across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for your functional area, aligning with business goals and stakeholder needs.
  2. Lead change management initiatives to facilitate successful adoption, communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
  3. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and problem-solving, working closely with other functional leads and stakeholders for cohesive ERP module integration.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes.
  6. Manage large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  7. Ensure successful completion of work streams across all functional areas, managing project plans, data, requirements, fit/gap analysis, change management, and training.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Finance with 5-10 years of experience.
  • Certifications in ERP systems, project management (PMP), or change management (PROSCI) are advantageous.
  • High energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Foster a growth mindset and openness to new ideas.
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for data review and transformation.
  • Influence and leadership qualities appreciated by peers and leadership alike.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work onsite three days a week at our St. Jacobs office.
