Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Eight or more years of progressive experience supporting and leading ERP and enterprise business systems.
• Demonstrated experience remaining technically hands‑on while leading teams.
• Strong experience with ERP, POS, CRM, eCommerce, APIs, SQL, reporting, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Experience leading enterprise projects from architecture through production support.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile delivery, data governance, cybersecurity, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and end‑to‑end ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central, and related business applications.
• Review, design, and oversee Microsoft AL extensions and customizations, ensuring alignment with requirements and standards.
• Lead complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support for Business Central, LS Central, POS, integrations, and applications.
• Remain hands‑on in solution delivery including configuration, testing, deployments, release management, and validation.
• Oversee enterprise solution delivery, upgrades, integrations, and vendor performance to support retail operations and growth.
