Position: ERP Development Manager
Location: Corporate Office - North York

Job Description:

• Lead ERP modernization and cloud migration (NAV → Business Central)
• Redesign legacy NAV customizations into extension-based BC architecture (AL)
• Own integrations across POS (LS Central), e-commerce, CRM, WMS, finance, inventory, and vendor APIs
• Drive data migration, ETL, governance, and cut-over execution
• Provide hands-on technical leadership (coding, architecture, CI/CD, environments)
• Build and mentor a high-performing ERP development team
• Translate complex technical decisions into clear, business-aligned outcomes
• Enforce security, compliance, observability, and operational discipline

Skills:

• 7+ years ERP development experience (NAV & Business Central)
• Deep expertise in LS Central / Retail ERP ecosystems
• Proven success migrating legacy ERP systems to Business Central Cloud
• Strong integration, API, and DevOps ownership
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and release governance
• Engineering-first mindset with strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have:
