Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Workforce Advisory – ERP Change and Transformation practice, with a strong focus on SAP-enabled transformations. In this role, you will lead and shape change strategies that help organizations successfully deliver large-scale ERP programs, enabling adoption, workforce readiness, and sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change management strategies for ERP programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 years of ERP change management experience, preferably SAP implementations.
• PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification is a plus.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of change management strategies for SAP implementations.
• Own and drive business readiness and adoption across ERP project lifecycles.
• Assess organizational impacts and design workforce transition strategies.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and lead executive discussions.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of change plans, communications, training, and roadmaps.
