Northern Health in Dawson Creek is seeking an experienced Clinical Mentor RN to share clinical nursing experience and act as a resource and champion for nursing staff. This role provides mentorship, coaching, and leadership to support high-quality client care across the ER/HAU, with travel as needed.

You will work with nurse educators to deliver rapid hands-on mentorship, clinical instruction, and staff development, while leading change and promoting evidence-informed practice within a

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Three (3) years of relevant nursing practice including experience mentoring nursing staff as well as leadership training or an equivalent combination of educations, training and experience.
• Valid BC Driver's License and access to personal vehicle may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide rapid elbow-to-elbow clinical mentorship and practice support for nursing staff.
• Advise nursing staff in nursing practice and provide clinical instruction.
• Lead staff through transition and support clinical practice initiatives.
