Beacon College Prep is seeking an elementary educator to deliver rigorous Tier 1 instruction and differentiate lessons for diverse scholars. The role emphasizes data-driven planning, strong data analysis, and collaboration with teachers and leaders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid State Certification is highly preferred but not required.
• Experience in an urban public school is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a classroom that is rigorous, engaging, structured, and joyful.
• Internalizes and executes daily lesson plans that are differentiated to ensure all students reach their end-of-year academic goals.
• Uses data to drive instruction by regularly analyzing data, studying student work, and implementing the highest leverage instructional strategies to maximize student achievement.
• Collaborates with teaching and leadership teams on curriculum development and school-wide functions.
• Communicates student progress to families and maintains a positive classroom culture.
