Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in Global Markets, Sales & Trading, Structuring, or related financial services fields.
• Strong understanding of fundamentals of financial markets and derivative products.
• Detail-oriented and able to work on a fast-paced trading floor under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proven interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to explain complex derivative structures.
• Strong work ethic, curiosity, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support senior salespeople in servicing institutional clients including pensions, asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, and banks.
• Assist with selling and executing equity derivative products and delta one strategies including swaps, vanilla options, exotics, hybrids, and QIS.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide a high level of service.
• Help with end-to-end post-trade execution workflows, including trade bookings, trade recap confirmations, allocations, and query resolution in close coordination with Middle Office and Operations.
• Stay up to date on markets and equity derivative products and offerings including volatility dynamics, market catalysts, macroeconomic trends, as well as new derivative payoffs and QIS strategies.
• Collaborate with trading, structuring, strategy, research, and sales teams across regions to deliver Citi's equity derivatives product suite.
• Adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services.
• Obtain and maintain all required registrations/licenses and complete trainings within the appropriate timeframe.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, uphold reputation, drive compliance, and escalate/report control issues transparently.
