Job summary

Solactive AG in Toronto seeks a Senior Associate in Equity Index Client Operations to manage top institutional clients across onboarding, daily operations, and complex index requests. You’ll blend client relationship management, analytical problem-solving, and tech-enabled improvements to deliver precise, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in client-facing roles within financial services or fintech.
• Strong analytical aptitude and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ownership mindset.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with APIs/automation tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end across onboarding and daily operations.
• Translate index methodologies and actions into clear client communications.
• Lead onboarding and technology initiatives, including configuration and testing.
• Proactively update clients on progress, service changes, and outcomes.
• Identify pain points and propose process/automation improvements.
• Champion client perspective internally to enhance platforms and services.
• Document knowledge to strengthen processes and collaboration.
