Para Space is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Canada to maintain and repair landscape equipment while supporting inventory, scheduling, and team coordination. You’ll help keep a fleet safe, reliable, and ready for use, while ensuring an organized warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and safety, with opportunities to lead seminars and grow within the company. A strong mechanical background and warehouse experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing landscape equipment and engines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in mechanical domains.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control, and parts ordering.
• Effective time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on landscape equipment and small engines.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and operational issues; repair to minimize downtime.
• Maintain service/repair records and coordinate equipment sign-out scheduling.
• Manage warehouse inventory, ordering parts, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
