Job summary

Wolseley Canada in Saskatoon is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize space and productivity, and support employee development in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will oversee workflows, schedule staff, ensure safety standards, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service.

Experience in plumbing/HVAC/R or distribution is an asset; fluency in French and English is welcome.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in the distribution/warehouse field, ideally in a Plumbing / HVAC/R related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Management experience with a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Direct managerial responsibilities as a functional leader and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Administers workflow and schedules to meet customer service standards.
• Optimize receiving docks and space to improve warehouse productivity.
• Train and coach employees on processes, equipment usage, and safety.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain orderly, productive work areas.
