Arterra Wines Canada is hiring Production Workers for our VinFirst facility in St. Catharines, Ontario. Two positions are available: one full-time role and one contract role.
You will operate production and packaging equipment, stock lines, and ensure safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and reliable attendance, with prior manufacturing experience considered an asset.

VinFirst was opened in 2006 and acquired by Arterra Wines Canada in 2021, is a business focused on sustainable and alternative packaging solutions. The company provides both Tetra Pak and canning line capabilities, supporting flexible packaging options for beverage products while aligning with growing demand for environmentally conscious formats.
We are hiring two (2) enthusiastic Production Workers for a production line expansion, one (1) full time role and one (1) contract role.
A reliable and hardworking team player who takes pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and product quality. Able to work well independently and collaboratively. Willing to support operational needs as required.
Operate production and packaging equipment while adhering to established safety, quality, and operating standards.
Stock production lines with required components and materials to ensure a smooth and continuous flow of production.
Monitor production processes and identify potential issues that may impact efficiency, quality, or safety.
Perform manual and/or vacuum-assisted palletizing of finished products.
Conduct Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures on equipment, including tanks, production lines, and filling equipment, following established sanitation and food safety protocols.
Receive and transfer product as required to support production operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product recapture, waste handling, and proper disposal procedures.
Ensure a continuous flow of product to optimize packaging line performance and minimize downtime.
Complete production cleanup activities and prepare equipment and work areas for the next product run or the following day's production.
Accurately complete required production, quality, and sanitation records.
Follow all company policies, safety regulations, food safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Budgeted Range – $22.75/hr to $29.50/hr. The budgeted range will align with qualifications, including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
