Job summary

Falcon Equipment Rentals Inc. in Slave Lake is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to join our branch team. You will stage and organize equipment, load/unload, fuel, and wash gear, inspect returns, and cover for staff absences while maintaining professional conduct.

You will also handle on-site deliveries and pickups, manage inventories, and track service/repair needs to meet customer demands. This role reports to the Branch Manager and offers growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract; Class 3 considered an asset.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to follow verbal and written directions and safety procedures.
• Demonstrates drive and initiative.
• Work in varying temperatures, weather, and road conditions.
• Professional demeanor and willingness to learn.
• Work autonomously or with a team and support colleagues as needed.
• Safety oriented mindset: First Aid, TDG, H2S would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Staging and organizing equipment on company property.
• Loading, unloading, fueling and washing equipment.
• Inspecting equipment on return for damage or loss.
• Covering for other staff absences as required; represent Falcon Rentals professionally.
• Represent Falcon Rentals in a professional manner at all times.
• Delivering and pickup equipment and accessories to customers.
• Maintain and document on-site inventories; ensure inventory control.
• Track rental equipment and service/repair issues.

What You’ll Be Doing

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Staging and organizing of equipment on company property
• Loading, unloading, fueling and washing of equipment
• Inspection of equipment upon return for any damage or loss
• Coverage as required for other staff absences and other duties and responsibilities as required
• Represent Falcon Rentals in a professional manner at all times

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspection and servicing of equipment as necessary prior to rental to ensure equipment meets operational specifications
• Delivery and pick up of equipment & accessories to customers at their location
• Maintain and document on-site inventories; strong commitment to inventory control required
• Maintain and Track rental equipment and service/repair issues related to the rental fleet

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:
