Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Digital Imaging PACS Administrator Applications Support Coordinator to join its Advanced Technology Centers network across Canada. This on-site role focuses on managing day-to-day PACS operations, stakeholder relationships, and collaboration with offshore teams to deliver high-quality support and enhancements in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in Healthcare IT in PACS Administrator Applications Support Coordinator role.
• Experience and certification in Synapse (Fuji) PACS.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
• English is required for this position to interact with stakeholders across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Document current state business workflows.
• Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Provide input into high level functional specifications.
• Define metrics and performance goals for the application.
• Assist in transitioning requirements and use cases to ensure understanding.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results.
• Participate in quality management reviews of design and performance.
• Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and testing.
• Coordinate with client Epic team and Accenture leads on data structures and capabilities.
• Develop and document data requests and source-to-target mapping.
• Other duties including implementation, optimization, upgrades and support.

An experienced Digital Imaging PACS Administrator Applications Support Coordinator

The Work:

Digital Imaging PACS Administrator Applications Support Coordinator will bring 2+ years of experience in managing applications, with a strong background in managing day-to-day operations, client stakeholder relationships, and collaboration with offshore teams. This role demands both technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements in a dynamic healthcare environment. Depending on the client engagement, the Digital Imaging PACS Administrator Applications Support Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor team, and client in the following areas:

• Document current state business workflows.
• Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Provide input into high level functional specifications.
• Work with project managers, architects, business analysts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
• Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities.
• Serve as an intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.
• Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source to target mapping.
• Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.

This role is located in Montreal, Toronto or Mississauga and will require on-site 3 days per week.

Here is what you need:

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in Healthcare IT in PACS Administrator Applications Support Coordinator role
• Experience and certification in Synapse (Fuji) PACS
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
• Bilingual (English/French) – not required
• English is required for this position, as the incumbent will be expected to interact regularly with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant volume of interaction with these stakeholders, which is inherent to this role, a reorganization of the company's operations to avoid this requirement is not feasible.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm
• Experience in Change Healthcare Enterprise Viewer Philips IntelliSpace ECG Laitek DICOM Router VNA Epic EHR integration with other integrated systems

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.

It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
