Qualifications

• University degree in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, or environmental engineering, plus a P.Eng. designation.
• Two to five or more years of relevant environmental experience.
• Eligibility to obtain federal security clearance.
• A valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to produce clear, high-quality reports.
• A Geoscientist (P.Geo.) designation is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field programs, including scheduling drill rigs, excavators, technicians, laboratories, and subcontractors.
• Secure permits, locates, and access permissions ahead of field work.
• Prepare and support regulatory documentation and soil-related reports and plans.
• Act as the technical liaison between field staff, engineers, laboratories, and client representatives.
• Track project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Support proposal development, cost estimating, and technical scope definition.
• Monitor project progress and flag risks related to schedule, cost, or scope.
• Oversee report production and submission timelines.
