Job summary

The Mosaic Company in Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan is seeking an EHS Training Specialist for an onsite role on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs, coordinate third-party certifications, and partner with EHS professionals and operations leaders across Mosaic locations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial manufacturing or EHS, strong change-management skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and 5+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, operations, or Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) environments.
  • Change management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams).
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams and locations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training solutions using adult learning principles.
  • Facilitate training programs and coordinate third-party certification training.
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple sites to support business priorities and learning needs.
  • Lead training initiatives from planning through execution using project management tools and processes.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve training programs and materials.
  • Develop training content using existing technologies while exploring new tools that enhance learning and efficiency.
  • Ensure training programs align with regulatory requirements and the Mosaic Management System (MMS).

What You'll Do

What You'll Need
  • High school diploma and 5+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing, operations, or Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) environments.
  • Change management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple teams and locations.
