The Mosaic Company is seeking entry-level production workers for its Colonsay, SK operations. Onsite role with 12-hour rotating shifts; safety training provided. Candidates should be able to lift light loads, follow instructions, and meet basic English reading/writing requirements.

Ideal candidates will have Grade 12 or equivalent and be authorized to work in Canada. Mining experience in underground potash is a plus; strong safety mindset is essential for this team-oriented site.

• Aptitude for safety and safety training.
• Ability to progress through Lines of Progression; underground potash mining experience is an asset.
• Must be able to lift 0–25 lbs occasionally.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Where will you work:

Onsite 3 miles South Junct. Hwy. 16 & 2 Colonsay, SK S0K 0Z0 Canada. Work schedule: 12 hours rotating shift.

What you’ll do:

• Demonstrated Aptitude for safety
• Demonstrate they are physically fit and capable of lifting
• Complete training on hand and power activated tools
• Complete exam and task sheets on equipment as required.
• Keep the work area safe and clean.
• Train and operate mobile equipment safely and effectively.
• Interpret and carry out written or oral instructions, and to mate written reports as required
• Diligently adhere to all relevant legal environmental requirements.
• Diligently ensure that all relevant OH&S requirements and in-house safety regulations are complied.

What you’ll need:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Demonstrate aptitude for safety
• The ability necessary to progress through the Lines of Progression Underground Potash mining experience considered an asset
