Job summary

Delmanor in Toronto is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help maintain the appearance and upkeep of our residences. The role involves ensuring properties are clean and safe from hazards, and making basic repairs while reporting more serious issues to the Environmental Services Manager.

Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings, is desirable. Prior maintenance experience is an asset but not required, with an hourly rate of $19.44.

• Basic knowledge of commercial/residential maintenance.
• One year of maintenance experience is an asset but not required.
• Able to work weekends/evenings as needed.
