Job summary

Delmanor is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and support our retirement community in York Region, Canada. You will perform general housekeeping and laundry tasks, service resident suites, and keep common areas tidy and well-kept.

The role requires 1-2 years of housekeeping experience, physical ability to meet duties, and strong communication skills for teamwork. CPR/First Aid and WHMIS knowledge are assets; weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in housekeeping.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Previous experience in a Retirement or long-term care community is an asset.
• Knowledge of WHMIS principles is an asset.
• Flexibility to accommodate shift work and weekends.
