The Co-operators Group seeks an entrepreneurial Financial Advisor to manage an independent insurance agency with full corporate support. You will build long-term client relationships and help Canadians meet their financial security needs using our exclusive tools.

You will recruit, coach and mentor teams, maintain licences and compliance, and drive growth with a client-centric approach across communities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience in the insurance industry or related business
• Life licence and a General Insurance licence; Mutual Funds licence as an asset
• On-Canada designation options: CFP, CLU, CHFC or accredited Financial Planning Designation

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage client portfolios; build and maintain client relationships
• Develop and execute business, operational and marketing plans
• Ensure licences and compliance with policies, standards and regulations
