Qualifications
- Hold a Life Insurance License (LLQP or equivalent) and/or Mutual Funds License (e.g., IFC, CIFC), or are willing to obtain them.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or other advice-based sales environments.
- Have experience running your own business.
- Background in wealth management, B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Client-facing advisory or relationship-management experience where trust matters.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with community members and grow a client portfolio.
- Provide tailored insurance and wealth solutions aligned to client goals.
- Run your own advisory practice as an independent contractor under the Co‑operators brand.
