Job summary

IKEA Gruppe is seeking an Entrance & Play Co-worker in Calgary. You will deliver standout customer service across entrance and play areas, engage with customers confidently, and help meet KPIs while supporting customers to return and enjoy the play spaces with their families.

The role emphasizes developing skills in customer service within a welcoming, multichannel retail environment.

What you'll need to have
