Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. in Winnipeg is hiring an Entrance & Play Co-worker who welcomes families, helps guests, and keeps play areas engaging and safe.

You will interact with customers across all assignments and strive to deliver a rewarding experience that encourages repeat visits. In this role you’ll contribute to operational KPIs, develop your knowledge in customer service, and collaborate with coworkers to support a positive IKEA visit for everyone.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

• Support relevant stakeholders to ensure customers visit IKEA again and provide right preconditions to enable children to stay engaged with the play areas.

The starting rate/ salary for this position is 19.04 CAD
