Job summary

IKEA Calgary is hiring a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker. You will perform the core and support processes in the assigned area, using the available systems and tools that support efficient operations and data integrity.

You will contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of the daily fulfilment unit operations, while adhering to health, safety and security rules, helping colleagues to prevent incidents. The starting rate is 19.5 CAD per hour.

• Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and business requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products.
• Ensure optimised daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.
