Interac in Canada seeks a Governance & Assurance Delivery Lead to establish enterprise delivery standards and oversee governance across large delivery portfolios. You will partner with Risk, Security, Architecture and Finance to ensure controls and checkpoints are met, and you will lead governance forums and escalation processes.

The role requires shaping governance practice with senior leaders and driving disciplined execution.

Formación

• 10+ years in enterprise delivery governance, portfolio governance or related leadership.
• Experience shaping governance frameworks, standards and controls across large portfolios.
• Strong understanding of delivery lifecycles, risk management and assurance.
• Ability to influence senior leaders with data and sound reasoning.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain enterprise delivery standards, governance frameworks, stage gates, policies and controls.
• Define governance expectations, decision authorities and escalation paths.
• Drive consistency across delivery practices and portfolio governance.
• Provide independent oversight of delivery initiatives with required controls and checkpoints.
• Conduct governance reviews, health checks, and identify risks and non-compliance.
• Partner with Risk, Security, Architecture, Finance, Legal and Privacy to meet obligations.
• Lead governance forums, gate reviews, approvals and oversight activities.
• Challenge assumptions and elevate material delivery risks and issues.
• Develop governance dashboards and executive insights on delivery health and trends.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and disciplined execution across the enterprise.
