Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant for Enterprise customers in Canada, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics F&O—multi-entity environments, advanced ERP integrations, and large, complex financial workflows.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to define success criteria, drive scalable implementations, and guide customers toward robust Ramp architectures and API usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or equivalent.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, including financials modules and deployment models.
• Deep familiarity with accounting workflows (GL, AP, Subledger, multi-org).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical consultant for Enterprise accounts with Microsoft F&O.
• Guide F&O integration, configuration, and system design with Ramp's internal teams.
• Assess requirements with Customer Activation & Account Management to propose scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with onboarding and implementation leads to support technical workstreams.
