Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Technical Consultant to lead strategic Oracle Cloud implementations for large, multi-entity customers. You will configure integrations, guide ERP deployments, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable financial solutions.

You will own technical success criteria from onboarding through expansion, translating complex cloud concepts into business value and ensuring high-impact outcomes for Ramp's customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS/fintech.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, financials modules, and ERP integrations.
• Deep familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials accounting workflows (GL, AP, Subledger, multi-org).
• Strong API, integration logic, and system-architecture communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Strategic Enterprise accounts running Oracle Cloud, supporting multi-entity, multi-ERP environments.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp's internal teams for Oracle Cloud integration, configuration, and system design.
• Partner with activation and account teams to assess requirements and propose scalable Oracle Cloud solutions with HRIS and API integration.
• Collaborate with onboarding and implementation leads to support technical workstreams and faster value delivery.
• Troubleshoot Oracle Cloud integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
• Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling Oracle Cloud feedback to Product and Engineering.
