As a member of the Enterprise Systems team, the Enterprise Systems Analyst specializing in Operations will play a critical role in supporting the company's enterprise systems. This role will focus on operational support within the supply chain value stream and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of these critical system.

This a full-time, permanent position

Location : This role is hybrid. You will be required to work from our Toronto office 3-days a week , located at 351 King Street East, Toronto, ON.

What you will be doing :

• Provide Level 1 end user support for the company's ERP and CRM system, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues with SME’s and end-users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Operations, to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications.
• Assist in the implementation, testing, and management of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements related to operations including but not limited to user acceptance and integration testing.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve data integrity and user access deviations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Provide training to end users on system functionality and best practices including maintaining onboarding documents.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with the organization in managing business system vendors to assure receipt of proper services and application performance.
• Generate and manage various management reports, status reports, and system assessment reports related to operations.
• Support the director of enterprise systems and IT for all SOPs for business systems; updates and maintains all necessary documentation.

What you will bring :

• 5+ years of prior "hands-on" experience delivering business systems solutions in Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems as applied to operations.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to navigate and manage different platforms that serve different aspects of the business.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Business Intelligence and associated software (such as PowerBI) as used to support corporate business functions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and solution-minded, and takes initiative without direction.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving techniques, decision-making skills, and a proactive approach.
• Works well under pressure.
• Prior experience in a Business Systems team is a plus.
