Job summary

Ontario College of Teachers invites a seasoned leader to drive enterprise strategy and data governance. The role leads a multidisciplinary team, shapes AI governance, and aligns technology initiatives with organizational goals.

You will develop enterprise-wide data management standards, oversee risk management, and report on KPIs to senior leadership. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree in data/IT related field and strong business analytics knowledge.
• TOGAF and/or COBIT certification is strongly preferred.
• ITIL Foundation, PMP, AI and security certifications are valued.

Responsibilities

• Establish Unit objectives and implementation plans.
• Determine Unit priorities, assign and monitor staff work.
• Develop and publish Technology Metrics and KPIs for the department.
• Lead governance processes for solution reviews and lifecycle management.
• Develop and communicate Enterprise Architecture, Strategy and Roadmap.
• Manage IT risk with appropriate controls and reporting.
