The Software Support Specialist acts as first contact, handling intake, logging tickets, and coordinating escalation while maintaining a customer‑first mindset. 3+ years of client‑facing experience and SQL knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing on-premises software support role.

Responsibilities

• Frontline support and case management for an on-premises enterprise application.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend application issues using knowledgebase resources.
• Identify and route cases requiring escalation to other teams (Customer Success, Engineering, Product).
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in case records.
