Job summary

AirTek Indoor Air Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead one or more agile teams, translating a product vision into backlogs and user stories for enterprise software used by global airlines.

Based in Toronto and hybrid, the role requires three in-office days weekly; you will collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and support releases. Stock options may be offered as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in agile/Scrum environments.
Experience writing user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and delivering iterative improvements.
Strong communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders across teams.
Experience with enterprise-grade software projects and systems integration.
CSPO, PSPO or equivalent is an asset, not required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Product Manager for one or more agile teams, maintaining and prioritizing a clear backlog.
Break down epics into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria and DoD.
Collaborate with product managers to align sprint priorities with the roadmap.
Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, reviews, retrospectives.
Act as voice of the customer, gathering feedback from users, clients, and internal teams.
Work with designers, developers, and QA to deliver enterprise products.
Ensure stakeholders are aligned on product and sprint goals.
Support release and go-to-market activities with delivery and customer support teams.
Continuously refine backlog items for clarity, feasibility, and business value.
