Qualifications

• Experience with HR technology such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or UKG.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Services team to provide high-quality HR support and lifecycle management.
• Oversee policy adherence, compliance, governance, privacy, and security.
• Drive process improvements using AI, automation, and self-service solutions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track performance and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR services with business needs.
