HRConnects in Canada invites a seasoned Solution Architect to lead our ServiceNow program, spanning ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps and beyond. You will own end-to-end architecture, shape roadmaps and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The role emphasizes data quality, integration strategies, incident/problem/change workflows, and driving digital transformation for a major utility organization.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years IT experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and management.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps modules and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder communication and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and platform roadmaps.
• Lead governance standards, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
