Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a highly experienced Project Management Specialist based in Toronto to lead enterprise IT infrastructure projects, including WAN/LAN deployments and security initiatives. This role combines technical delivery with governance, working in a hybrid setting with three onsite days per week.

The ideal candidate holds a PMP certification, a post-secondary IT degree, and has hands-on experience with MS Project and multi-site project coordination.

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification and strong project governance skills.
• Experience leading end-to-end enterprise IT projects in complex, multi-department environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle per PMI standards.
• Develop, track, and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project and modern tracking tools.
• Oversee project financial management, procurement activities, SOW drafting, contract negotiations, and payment authorizations.
• Coordinate multi-site network implementations, WAN/LAN deployments, and site engineering surveys.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare status reports and executive briefings for senior management.
