Job summary

Okta is seeking a Technical Account Manager for the Enterprise - Auth0 with deep CIAM expertise to guide key accounts. You will collaborate with engineering teams, architect customer identity solutions, and lead hands-on prototyping and demonstrations.

Expect to travel for onboarding and engagement across Auth0 and Okta environments, supporting a wide range of industries with a focus on developer-first identity architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• 3+ years as TAM, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
• BA/BS/MS in CS, SE, IT, or related field; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build deep relationships with customer engineering leads and technical decision makers.
• Design scalable CIAM architectures with Auth0 and Okta for B2B/B2C needs.
• Do hands-on prototyping, demos, and live technical walkthroughs using REST APIs.
• Provide technical enablement and thought leadership to customer developers.
